  1. Where are my items stored?

    BagDrop partners with local businesses in cities all around the world; these include dry cleaners, restaurants, cafes, delis, hotels and places of the like! We require all locations to offer a dedicated storage room or a designated area that's off limits for general store patrons.

  2. Do I need cash?

    Nope! BagDrop is an entirely cashless platform for your safety and security. Choose your preferred payment method upon booking for a swift drop-off and pick-up process at all of our BagDrop locations. Traveling internationally? No problem. You'll still pay ahead of time so you don't need to worry about dealing with foreign currencies. Booking online ahead of time also ensures you're entitled to our $10,000 BagDropShield™ protection plan should you need it. Plans change? No problem! Cancel prior to your check-in time for a refund.

  3. What can I store?

    You tell us! Think of BagDrop as your personal storage facility all around the world. Use BagDrop to store luggage, gym bags, backpacks, massage tables, sales material, or whatever is holding you back from exploring a new destination. We've got you covered 😎.

  4. Do you offer hourly storage?

    BagDrop offers storage on a 24 hour basis at this time. Instead of charging $2-$3/hour like other providers, we offer a predictable daily rate price starting at €5.00. On average, our customers store their things for more than 3 hours, making our option affordable and worry free. We want to alleviate your burdens by offering affordable citywide storage, not stress you out further with running up a meter!

  5. Are my items safe?

    You bet. We personally vet every location we sign up on our platform to be a BagDrop partner. We require each location to store your items safely out of reach from the location's patrons. In the unlikely event of theft, loss, or damage, your things are covered up to $10,000 with BagDropShield™️ Protection.

  6. What if my plans change?

    We know plans change... that's why you're able to cancel your booking at any time before your reservation. Simply head into the app to cancel or reschedule your booking, at no cost to you.
